Our studio is a self serve studio which means we won’t be there to let you in. There will be a code to get in that will be emailed to you. We expect you to clean up after you and your clients and if you move furniture, it needs to be placed back in the same spot for the next person who books the studio. There will be a cleaning fee should you or your clients leave a mess.

Will you be there during my session or class?

1-8 hours is our typical booking time frame. However if there is an all day event you need more than 8 hours for, please contact me and we can arrange for up to 12 hours in the studio. Make sure you book enough time that will allow you to photograph your session or host your class/workshop, as well as clean up afterwards.

How much time can I book the studio for?

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your booked time slot. There will be a 15 min grace period should you need a little extra time to gather your belongings and tidy up after yourself. Should you stay longer than the grace period, there will be an inconvenience fee since there are often back to back bookings.

Can I get to the studio early to set up? Or what if I’m running behind?

In the morning hours, the rooms on the right side of the studio (The entryway room and the fireplace room get the best light), around noon all 4 rooms are pretty evenly lit, and in the afternoon until around 5:30, the left side of the studio has the best light, (The office room and the newborn room) See video walkthrough to get a better idea.

What time of day is best for natural light?

Unfortunately pets aren’t allowed inside the studio, but they ARE definitely fine to be on the porch for photos and outside on the grass for outdoor photos. Please keep in mind the studio is on a main road so a leash will be necessary to keep them safe. Please clean up after your pet if they happen to do their business on the property!

Are dogs allowed?

How many people are allowed for a class or session? 

You can cancel or reschedule if it’s 48 hours or more before your session. If it's within 48 hours, you may not cancel or reschedule per our booking agreement. However, if you can find a fellow photographer or creative who can rent in your place, they would need to still sign their own waiver but they can then pay you for your time slot instead so you don’t lose out on money.

Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
